PRINCE GEORGE – Prince George Cougars 2004-born defenceman Viliam Kmec has been named to Slovakia’s roster for the 2022 World Junior Hockey Championship.

“I’m really excited that the coach picked me for the roster. I hope that I will play and I will do everything to do my best,” said Kmec back when he was originally named to the Slovakian Selection Camp roster.
