It’s not every day you hear of a gym training the next crop of ninjas for competition, but that’s exactly what is happening at Olympus Freerunning in Prince George.
Olympus Freerunning is a free-run/parkour gym, located 1721 Nicholson Street in Prince George, that provides people interested in the sport in a safe and controlled environment.
It’s the same type of training that those who may compete on televised competitions such as the American Ninja Warrior. Christine had to check it all out with the owner Riley Banzer.
