Update: RCMP locate missing PG teen

PRINCE GEORGE — Update: RCMP say the missing teen has been located. They are thanking the public and media for their assistance in this matter.

Earlier: Local Mounties are seeking your help in locating a missing teenage girl.

Prince George RCMP say 13-year-old Chloe Cuthbert was last seen and heard from just after 6 p.m. last night (April 18) and her family is very concerned for her well-being.

Chloe Cuthbert is described as:

  • Indigenous female
  • 5 foot four
  • 120 pounds
  • Brown eyes
  • Short, brown hair
  • Last seen wearing a black Snoopie hoodie and jeans, no shoes

Police say she was last seen near Cedar Street and 15th Avenue. Police officers and family made extensive patrols in the area throughout the night but have not located Chloe.

“Investigators are very concerned for Chloe’s safety and well-being as she was not dressed for the weather last night and she is not wearing any shoes. Chloe does not have a cell phone on her. Her family says she likes to visit park areas, but does not have any regular hangout spots. Police are requesting help from the public in keeping an eye out for Chloe and asking them call the non-emergency line at 250-561-3300 if anyone sees her,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, media spokesperson for the Prince George RCMP.
