PRINCE GEORGE—The city’s largest garage sale, Junk in the Trunk runs this Saturday, April 30, 2022.
The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George and REAPS have teamed up to bring back the much-anticipated event. The 125 available vendor stalls have already sold out as people prepare to sell and trade their used items.
Rachael Ryder, Waste Diversion Program Leader at the Regional District says “this is the perfect opportunity to find new treasures. Somebody else’s unwanted stuff may be exactly what you are looking for. As they say, one person’s trash is another’s treasure.”
Tire Stewardship BC will also be on hand to accept used tires from residents. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
