PRINCE GEORGE—RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter on the 2800 block of Highway 16 west just before 5 a.m. on May 5, 2022.

Moments later police received a report of an injured man less than a block away. Police arrived to find the man with an injured hand. A police service dog team attended the scene of the break-in and tracked a scent to the location of the injured man.
