RCMP see decrease of May long weekend calls over last year
PRINCE GEORGE—RCMP reported to 349 calls for service over May long weekend.
“Our holiday weekend is usually fairly busy, as it typically coincides with our first bout of nice, warm weather. This year, however, Prince George enjoyed the sunny weekend responsibly, showing a decrease in calls for service of 23% over 2021,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, media spokesperson for the Prince George RCMP.
