RCMP seek witnesses following collision involving school bus

BURNS LAKE — The Burns Lake RCMP are seeking witnesses following a collision involving a school bus last week.

North District RCMP Cpl. Madonna Saunderson says on May 30 police received a report of a motor vehicle incident involving a school bus with injuries being reported.

She says the single-vehicle incident happened at the two-kilometre mark of Colleymount Road in Burns Lake and students were on board at the time.

Saunderson says an investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has any information about it, to call the Burns Lake RCMP at 250-692-7171.
