35-year-old man remains in hospital following Tuesday stabbing

PRINCE GEORGE — A 35-year old man remains in hospital after being stabbed several times times Tuesday morning.

Prince George RCMP say the stabbing occurred just before 2:30 a.m. outside of a business on the 1500-block of 20th Avenue.

‘Investigators are looking to speak with anyone who was in the area and witnessed the event,” says Cpl. Jennifer Cooper. “We are hoping they can provide us with information on the suspect, who is described as a shorter man wearing a hat, jeans and a dark sweater.”

RCMP do not believe there is a connection between this incident and the stabbing that occurred on Queensway last weekend.
