Five years since Fraser Lake man went missing

FRASER LAKE — Saturday July 9 will mark five years since a Fraser Lake man was reported missing.

Forty-two-year-old Jerry Krietz was last seen on Friday July 7 at 9 a.m. RCMP say he was going to Prince George on a shopping trip and possibly to stay for a few days in the city.

He was driving his 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier which was later found abandoned on August 3, 2017.

Jerry was supposed to return to work on Monday July 10 but no one has heard from him since. He had moved from Manitoba to Fraser Lake shortly before he disappeared and did not know many people, other than family say police.
