Athletes experiencing boost in confidence ahead of BC Summer Games
PRINCE GEORGE – The BC Summer Games are 10 days away, and the athletes are putting the finishing touches on their preparation ahead of the four-day event.
When the Games open on July 21st, the City will see thousands of athletes from across the province converge. Meanwhile, this will be the first time the local athletes don’t need to travel to be a part of a provincial multi-sport tournament.
For girls volleyball, the Zone 8 team has spent the past few weekends training in Prince George and Dawson Creek. To think Dawson Creek is the most amount of travelling they’ll need to do is something new.
