PRINCE GEORGE- The City of Prince George has a new look for those on their way into town.

New welcome signs have been installed at three locations around town, Highway 16 East, Highway 16 West and Highway 97 South.

“We wanted to give our existing signs a bit of a minor facelift, a more contemporary look in time for the B.C. Summer Games,” said Mike Lee from the City of Prince George.

The new signs include the phrase ‘Ts’uhoont’i Whuzhadel’, which means welcome in the Dakelh language.
