RCMP searching for man not seen in over a week

VANDERHOOF — The Vanderhoof RCMP are seeking your help in locating a missing man.

Police say 35-year-old Nicholas Norman John from the Vanderhoof area has not been seen since July 27, 2022 which his family says is out of character for him.

“Police have made extensive patrols in the areas Nicholas has been known to frequent, however he has not been found. Family, friends, and police are concerned for his well-being and hope the public can help locate him,” says North District RCMP Cpl. Madonna Saunderson.

She says there’s reason to believe Nicolas may have travelled to Prince George for recent ball games, yet all efforts made to locate him have been unsuccessful.
