Serious accident closed Highway 16 this morning

PRINCE GEORGE—A serious accident just after 6:30 a.m. on Highway 16 between Jutland Road and Western Road closed the highway for nearly an hour as emergency crews worked.

The single car roll-over sent one person to hospital in serious condition. RCMP Traffic analysts remain on site investigating the incident.

No cause had been given for the accident.

RCMP say no further updates will be given.
