Hall opts not to run in next election

PRINCE GEORGE – It was with great emotion that Mayor Lyn Hall announced he would not be seeking re-election in the pending municipal election.

Hall started his political career as a School Board Trustee more than two decades ago, becoming Board Chair.

In 2011, Hall successfully ran for Council.

In 2014, he ran for Mayor and for a second term 2018.

In an emotional address to Council and those in attendance, Hall thanked his family for and foremost as well as Council colleagues and City staff.
