Pedestrian struck at 5th and Ahbau

PRINCE GEORGE — A pedestrian was struck this morning at 5th Avenue and Ahbau Street.

Prince George RCMP Cpl. Jennifer Cooper says it happened at around 7 a.m.

She says the pedestrian has suffered unknown injuries and has been taken to hospital.

Emergency crews remain on scene. A witness tells CKPG that traffic was originally blocked westbound on 5th Avenue but that it’s now back to normal.
