Shar McCrory looking to make a difference in School District 57

PRINCE GEORGE- Shar McCrory has entered her name in the race for Trustee.

McCrory recently moved to Prince George and spent the last two terms as a trustee in the Coast Mountain School District. With her experience, confidence and leadership, McCrory believes she can make a difference in School District 57.

“I think we have to look at the priorities of the district currently and their strategic plan, and we have to go with that,” said McCrory. “Truth and reconciliation are at the forefront. Equity in education. Somehow, we must look at how we eliminate bullying and racism in schools and make them safe places for learning, students and teachers.”

The election is now less than a month away, on October 15.
