Lady T-Wolves strong defence holds Dinos to scoreless draw

PRINCE GEORGE – It was another weekend to remember for the UNBC Timberwolves women’s soccer team. With a scoreless draw against the University of Calgary Dinos Saturday, the T-Wolves earned four of a possible six points from the nation’s 10th-ranked team.
UNBC used a strong defensive effort in Saturday’s tie, with tender Brook Molby making six saves for the shutout.
Friday the T-Wolves shocked the U of C with a 2 – 1 victory, marking the second time in two weeks that the team had defeated a ranked team.
The squad will complete their regular season with home games against Thompson Rivers University and UBC-O next weekend.
