If you’re an Instagram user in Prince George you’ve probably come across Northern Capital Memes. The satire page has taken the community by storm, poking fun at the civic election, College Heights residents, and Foothills Boulevard, among numerous other topics. Like many residents, we wanted to find out who was behind the page and what makes them tick. Our team managed to track down the masked meme-er, and after some convincing and pledges of secrecy, we caught up with the person behind the viral page. Take a look!
