Trio arrested following discovery of drugs, cash, guns

PRINCE GEORGE — Three people were arrested early Monday morning after police pulled over a speeding vehicle on the Hart.

RCMP pulled the car over just before 3 a.m. at a gas station on Highway 97 near Austin Road and discovered the vehicle was possibly stolen.

A search of the vehicle yielded drugs, several pellet guns, a loaded firearm, and a large quantity of cash.

The trio were released without charges, pending the outcome of the investigation. All three are known to police.
