Snowfall warning in effect for Pine Pass

PRINCE GEORGE — A snowfall warning has been issued by Environment Canada for the Pine Pass on Highway 97.
Environment Canada says that heavy snow and reduced visibility in blowing snow will be expected on the Pass this evening.
An estimated 10 to 20 centimetres of snow is forecast to fall by mid-evening, and there is expected to be strong southwesterly winds of up to 40km/hr gusting to 60, which will bring blowing snow conditions.
