Five arrested following gun and drugs seizures
PRINCE GEORGE — Five people were recently arrested by Prince George RCMP following two traffic stops.
Police say the first vehicle was pulled over shortly after 6:20 p.m. on November 29 on the 1100-block of 3rd Avenue.
“While speaking with the occupants of the vehicle, police located a firearm on the floor in the back seat,” says Cpl. Jennifer Cooper. “Police arrested the four occupants for weapons related offenses. A subsequent search of the vehicle located several more weapons inside. All four occupants were transported to the Prince George RCMP Detachment and held for court.”
