RCMP nab prolific offender

PRINCE GEORGE — RCMP arrested a prolific offender this week.

Police say it occurred shortly before 5 a.m. Tuesday morning when RCMP saw 43-year-old William McBride emerging from a chain link fence on the 100 block of George Street.

Officers noted a large tote, laptops and tablets laying in the snow on the opposite side of the fence.

McBride is known to police and is facing multiple charges including break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime, resisting arrest, and possession of break-in instruments.
