PRINCE GEORGE — The BC Conservation Officer Service is actively monitoring an injured moose in the Aberdeen area of Prince George.

The BCCOS says that officers will continue to evaluate the condition of the moose. They say that no intervention is necessary at this time, as the animal remains mobile and is foraging naturally.

The Conservation Officer Service is asking the public to report to the Report All Poachers and Polluters (RAPP) line at 1-877-952-7277 if any wildlife exhibits unnatural behaviour, becomes immobile or stops feeding.
