Snowfall warning issued for Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE — Get ready to start shovelling.

Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Prince George with 10 to 15 centimetres of snow expected by the end of tonight (Dec.23).

The national forecaster says the snow has been prompted by a pacific frontal system and warn that it will lead to challenging travel conditions.

Another five centimetres of snow is expected Saturday with temperatures warming up to an overnight low of minus 11.
