PG Iceman set to celebrate 36th anniversary

PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George’s winter multi-sport event – the Prince George Iceman – is set to celebrate its 36th anniversary.

Dubbed the Ultimate Winter Challenge – it features skiing, running, skating and a swim.

Organizers say it’s a race for everyone – from beginner to elite athletes. Events will take place at several spectator friendly sites – including Otway, the Outdoor Ice Oval, and the Aquatic Centre.

“We are all excited here at the PG Iceman committee because we are able to have our full Iceman event this year,” reads a news release.
