Kiwanis Alefest returns this weekend
PRINCE GEORGE — After 2 years of being postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions, the Kiwanis Alefest is back this weekend, with tasting sessions and the alefest crawl, which will feature the largest number of craft breweries and local restaurants in attendance in the history of the festival.
There will be a number of breweries participating in this year’s event and they will all be from, across Northern and Central British Columbia, including Terrace, Prince Rupert, Smithers, Ootsa Lake, Quesnel, Valemount, Williams Lake, 100 Mile House, and Fort St John.
The Alefest crawl begins Friday evening, and a number of local restaurants will be participating such as The Black Clover, Nancy O’s and Betulla Burning Pizzeria.
