Chief Dolleen Logan re-elected to second term in Lheidli T’enneh elections
PRINCE GEORGE — The results of the Lheidli T’enneh First Nation elections are in.
Chief Dolleen Logan has been re-elected to a second term, and won over three candidates. Logan was first elected in 2021, and is only the second woman Chief of Lheidli T’enneh First Nation.
The election took place on Tuesday, April 11 and vote counting lasted until almost midnight.
Six councillors were also elected out of the 21 candidates running. Incumbent councillors Crystal Gibbs and Joshua Seymour were re-elected. The four newcomers to the council are Wendy Jael, Kyle McIntosh, John West and Robert Gagnon.
