Update: RCMP locate missing senior

PRINCE GEORGE — Update: RCMP say Casimel has been located and is safe and sound.

Earlier: Prince George RCMP are seeking your help in locating a missing senior.

Police say 79-year-old-John Casimel was last seen at his home on April 1, 2023.

“Mr. Casimel has limited mobility and uses a mobility scooter to get around. Police have conducted extensive patrols in the downtown area where he is known to frequent but have no recent sightings of him,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, media spokesperson for the Prince George RCMP.
