High winds cause multiple outages in Prince George area

PRINCE GEORGE — BC Hydro says high winds Friday evening have caused a number of outages in the Prince George region.

It’s estimated that around 450 customers still do not have power this morning, but crews are working to restore power as quickly as possible.

Updates for individual outages and estimated restoration times will be posted as they’re available.
