RCMP seek help finding missing woman not seen since early April

PRINCE GEORGE — Update: RCMP say Alec is no longer missing and is safe and sound.

No other information will be released.

Earlier: Prince George RCMP is seeking your help locating a missing woman.

Police say 26-year-old Michelle Margaret Alec was last seen at the beginning of April and has not been seen or heard from since.

RCMP say Michelle can usually be found in the downtown area of Prince George, but has not been seen recently in the area.

“Michelle’s family is very concerned for her well-being. She usually checks in regularly with family but has failed to do so since April.”
