Weather record falls in Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE — A weather record has fallen in Prince George.

The mercury hit a high of 32 Thursday, breaking the old record of 30 degrees set this day back in 1969.

Friday, the temperature is expected to dip to a high of 29 before dropping to a high of 19 and showers on Saturday.

By Sunday though, the mercury is expected to rise again, this time to a high of 26.
