Prince George part of a national health survey
PRINCE GEORGE – Behind the CN Centre, a team from Statistics Canada is surveying locals to promote the health and wellness of Canadians. Prince George is one of the many stops in the two-year health study.
A few weeks ago, trailers and portable buildings were placed near the outdoor ice oval to collect health data from residents that will be part of a national survey known as the Canadian Health Measures Survey.
The survey is voluntary, and Statistics Canada randomly picks participants.
