PRINCE GEORGE– Myrtle Acton from Victoria came to Prince George to participate in the first traditional Masters’ Throws Pentathlon at the PGTF’s Spruce Capital 2023 Invitational Meet. Myrtle competed in the hammer throw, shotput, discus, javelin, and weight throw in a 3-hour period at Masich Place Stadium on Saturday, June 17, 2023.
Her results were amazing:
She broke the BC and Canadian records in the: Shot put, Hammer and Throws Pentathlon.
She broke the World Record in the: Shot put and Throws Pentathlon
