BC Wildfires appeals for public cooperation: Avoid crew working zones to prevent delays

PRINCE GEORGE – The increased wildfire activity across the province, specifically the Prince George region, comes with a growing interest from the public.

BC Wildfires asks the public to avoid areas where their crews are working. Extra traffic on those routes to the wildfires can delay those trying to action the fire.

It is crucial and urgent to ensure that the public does not impede the access routes for crews and refrain from getting in their way.
