PRINCE GEORGE — Homestead Days at the Huble Homestead Historic Site are taking place this BC Day long weekend.
Homestead Days will be taking place on Sunday, August 6 and Monday, August 7 from 10:30 am to 4 pm.
“If you come out to some of our other events, you’ll see our staples like butter, making ice cream, making we’ll have a treasure hunt going on. We also have a whole bunch of other demos this year, so we have some embroidery, needlework happening, some lace making. We also have natural dyes going on, cheese making happening both days. So there’s lots of old fashioned activities people can do and learn about.
