Kodiaks continue to grow football with youth camps here in Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Kodiaks are not only popular on the field but also off the field. The grass beside Masich Place stadium was filled with kids participating in one of many youth programs put on by the team. With the goal of continuing to grow the game of football here in Prince George.

When practice begins the target is to imitate what the Kodiaks do at their regular practice. For kids, it’s a blast to learn all the essential skills of becoming a professional football player. The best memories come at camp especially when the camp involves football

It’s not over yet as there are plenty of more activities the organization will be doing this summer including the Youth Football league, a chance for kids from K to 7 all over Northern BC to play organized football this summer.
