PRINCE GEORGE- Canada Games Plaza was packed Friday morning for the return of Touch a Truck.
The event hosted by the Prince George Public Library went on hiatus in 2018.
The plaza was packed with tons of mighty machines including, s a school bus, a City bus, a luxury coach, a 48’ Rig with a trailer, a sleeper rig, a Sheriff van, a drag car, a junior drag car and truck, electric vehicles, firetruck, tractor, and even food trucks!

Fern Morin operated the coach bus, who has been doing the job for over 30 years and says the opportunity to educate young kids and their families is incredibly valuable.
“They can ask different questions, like what this one can do, what the other one can do and stuff like that. Overall it’s a good experience,” said Morin.
The event which started at 11 am Friday ran along with Foodie Fridays outside until 3 pm. That’s when the Prince George Public Library invited everyone inside to make their own Cardboard Vehicles and watch a movie.
