Thunderbirds soared above the Timberwolves with a strong performance

VANCOUVER — The UNBC Timberwolves women’s soccer team lost against the UBC Thunderbirds, 6-0, yesterday (Oct 7).

Brityn Hinsche, the second-year goalkeeper for the TWolves, demonstrated great potential by making fifteen saves, many of which were highlight-reel worthy. Katalin Tolnai scored her second hat trick, Ava Alexander notched a brace, and Ella Nuttall-Smith contributed to the Thunderbirds’ tally.

UNBC will return home and get set to complete the season by hosting the UBCO Heat and TRU WolfPack next weekend.
