RCMP are investigating a suspicious occurence at College Heights Secondary

PRINCE GEORGE—Local Mounties are investigating a suspicious event that occurred at College Heights Secondary School, located at 6180 Domano Boulevard, at around 12:20 p.m., today (October 11).

Two witnesses reported to the police that during the lunch break, they saw a teenage girl get dropped off at the school by a black pickup truck. They did not recognize the youth as a student at the school.

A short time later, a silver sedan with a man and woman inside came and stopped near the girl. The witnesses states, the girl began to walk away before she was approached by the man and guided her to the vehicle.

“The man and woman identified themselves to the witnesses as the girl’sparents, but the witnesses still felt it warranted a call to the police. We are now looking to speak with anyone who can identify the owners of either vehicle or the youth involved in this file, so we can check on her wellbeing,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.
