Spruce Kings fall flat in Merritt

MERRITT- The Prince George Spruce Kings 3 game road trip got off to a rocky start Tuesday night in Merritt , losing 6-3 to the Centennials.

The Spruce Kings finally got on the board in the second period. Kilian McGregor-Bennett scored his third goal of the season. Minutes later, Luca Primerano got his first of the year. Owen Goodbrand gave the Spruce Kings hope in the third period, capitalizing on the man advantage for his first goal of the season. Ultimately, the Spruce Kings couldn’t cut the lead in half.

The Prince George Spruce Kings will be back on the ice Wednesday night in Penticton to take on the Vees. They visit West Kelowna on Friday .
