The Pumpkin Express gears up for a haunted weekend

Prince George—The Central BC Railway & Forestry Museum is getting into the Halloween spirit this weekend (October 28-29) with their Pumpkin Express. From 11- 4 p.m. come dressed in costume and pick a free pumpkin from their pumpkin patch, donated by Nechako Rotary Club. there will also be Halloween crafts, spooky photos and the mini-rail.
A Storywalk has been installed Child Care Resource and Referral, where kids will have a chance to walk along the path while reading a spooky story.
Admission is free with the mini-rail being $3 per person (kids 2 and under are free).
This event has become a tradition and Attendees are encouraged to bring non perishable food items for donations to a local food bank.
