Some good news for the Legion

PRINCE GEORGE – Some good news for the local branch of the Royal Canadian Legion. Earlier this week, members of the Legion Executive presented to Council, looking for $18,000 to help offset the costs of hosting a Remembrance Day ceremony.

But the request was deferred to the November 20th meeting, as is the policy.

But then the phone rang.
