Cougars continue to roll after being ranked #2 in all of CHL
PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Cougars returned home from their Eastern road swing with the best record in the WHL. They also were recently ranked the 2nd best hockey team in all of the CHL.
A big reason for this success has been the play of the rookies. The Cougars have eight players who have suited up for their first Western Hockey League game this year and while some have stuck out more than others, every rookie has had a part in Prince George’s success this season..
One of those rookies who has already made an impact is goaltender Joshua Ravensburgen. The soon-to-be 17-year-old is coming off back-to-back shutout performances and two consecutive WHL goaltender of the week awards. The one is known as the Burger is taking it all in. Especially with all the success he’s had between the pipes this year.
