Spruce Kings fall 4-3 to Merritt Centennials

MERRITT, B.C. – The Spruce Kings visited the Merritt Centennials last night (Nov. 18). The team fell short and couldn’t bring home a victory.

Nathan Taylor led the home team to a 4-3 win over Prince George. Linden Makow, Alexis Cournoyer and Owen Goodbrand scored one goal each for the Spruce Kings. Marcus Ouellet faced 32 Centennials shots, while Karlis Mezsargs faced 29.

The team will now head home to host the Cranbrook Bucks on Friday (Nov. 24) inside Kopar Memorial Arena.
