RCMP on scene investigating suspicious death

PRINCE GEORGE— Local RCMP are investigating a suspicious death around Sintich Road near Highway 97 South. The road is currently blocked off from public and vehicle access between Granby Road and Highway 97 South.

“We are asking the public to find alternate routes through this area while we conduct our investigation. The roadway will be shut down for sometime yet as the investigation is in the beginning stages,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.

Police arrived on scene at around 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 20, 2023.

The investigation is ongoing. Updates will be made when new information is released.
