RCMP seek public’s help in locating missing man

PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George Mounties are seeking the public’s help in locating missing 48-year-old man Mike (Hans) Bopfinger.

RCMP say he hasn’t been seen since November 21 – near Edmonton Street and 14 Avenue.

Mike (Hans) Bopfinger is described as:

• 173 cm (5’8)
• 109 kg (240 lb)
• Blue eyes
• Brown hair, balding
• Last seen wearing a dark shirt, dark jacket and a light blue baseball cap

“Mike is known to hang around downtown Prince George, though he also has connections in Vernon. Members of the public should not approach Mike, but instead call their local police detachment if they find him, “states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, media spokesperson for the Prince George RCMP.
