RDFFG announces new CAO
PRINCE GEORGE — Chris Calder is the new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in the Regional District of Fraser-Fort-George. Calder is taking over from the retiring Jim Martin.
Calder is the current general manager of Finance with the Regional District, a position he’s held since June of 2018 when he first joined the Regional District. Prior to joining the Regional District, Calder was with the Prince George office of KPMG.
“We are delighted to work with Chris in this new capacity,” says Regional District Board Chair Lara Beckett. “Over the past five and a half years, Chris has demonstrated strong leadership and an exceptional understanding of the financial challenges facing the Regional District. We look forward to working with him and we know there is a strong team supporting him as he transitions into this new role.”
