Terik Parascak set to compete at 2024 Kubota CHL/NHL Top Prospects game
PRINCE GEORGE—18 WHL Players have been selected to complete in the 2024 Kubota CHL / NHL Top Prospects Game, including Cougars own Terik Parascak.
The Lethbridge Alberta product will compete with 39 players across the WHL, Ontario Hockey League (OHL), Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) in front of NHL scouts in an effort to improve their draft stock ahead of the 2024 NHL Draft, which is scheduled for June 2024. The prospects game will happen January 24 of next year at Avenir Centre in Moncton, N.B, The official teams will be announced in January.
The WHL will be represented by 12 forwards, four defencemen, and two goaltenders.
This comes after Parascak was named WHL rookie of the week for the fourth time this season. Parascak played in three games last week where he made three goals and had four assists. Bringing his point total to 52 for the season. Parascak is in the top ten for points while only being a rookie.
