Premier Eby to attend B.C. Natural Resources Forum

PRINCE GEORGE—Premier David Eby will be making a trip to Prince George next week. Here he will be attending the 21st Annual B.C. Natural Resources Forum(BCNRF) on January 16 to 18. The three day event will be held at the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre. The Premier will be speaking at the sold out Celebrating Natural Resources Banquet Dinner on January 16.

The BCNRF provides a positive, non-partisan platform to discuss and learn first-hand the latest news,trends, and opportunities within the key resource sectors in BC and across Canada. The Forum is the largest natural resource conference in Western Canada with the goal of bringing First Nations, Government, and the BC Natural Resource Sector together to foster collaboration and meaningful partnerships.

This year conference theme is “Shaping Tomorrow: BC’s Resource Sector and Future Generations”. More than 1,200 individuals, including First Nations, NGOs, community, government, and business leaders,are expected to attend the event in Prince George.
