NORTHERN B.C.— Mushers across Canada will be heading to Fort St. James for their annual Caledonia Classic Sled Dog Race. The event will begin on February 2 and end on February 4, 2024.

The one of a kind competition is the only one in Canada to host not only the 4 mile (6.4 km) and 6 mile (9.6 km) sprints but the long distance races as well, with the longest being 200 miles (322 km).

All mushers must attend the musher meeting on Thursday, February 1, 2024.

A banquet will be held on Saturday night, tickets are $25. The 200 mile awards will be handed out at 9 a.m. at the club house.
